If your question is not on our Frequently Asked Questions list and you have a question(s) regarding an item, please email us at sales@sapphireandemerald.com prior to placing your order, or if you are having technical issues with ordering, for assistance.

Shipping

We are still processing and shipping orders within our standard 1 to 3 business days.

**Please note that USPS is currently experiencing longer delivery times. Standard shipping may temporarily require more time to be delivered. Expedited shipping times will be extended to 1-4 days. You may find more information at the USPS link here.

Due to packaging, some items will need to be pressed or steamed upon receipt.

What are your shipping options?

US Shipping - Our store offers shipping via USPS or UPS to all 50 states in the USA! Please give us 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will arrive in 3-5 business days, absent delays.

For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner.  Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!

**Expedited Shipping: Orders must be placed by 1PM CST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM CST will not ship until the next business day. Please note that estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday-Friday and do not include holidays. Signature required on orders $350 or more.

**Expedited Shipping is currently available to all 50 US States.

**Expedited Shipping is currently not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, inclement weather and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always email us at sales@sapphireandemerald.com for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time!

We do not ship on Sundays.

 

International Shipping Rates

We are currently offering international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada, Ireland, Germany, France, New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and India.

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!

 We also offer worldwide shipping through UPS and DHL.  

International Processing Times

Standard Orders
For standard international shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our staff will work to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 3 business days. Then, your package will be turned over to your chosen mail carrier and it should be in your hands between 3 to 21 additional business days, based on the shipping method you chose at checkout! Please note that this delivery window is an estimate and, depending on customs for your country, your package may be delayed.

We do not ship on Sundays.

If your tracking number says ''Attempted Delivery, Item being Held While Addressee is Contacted" that means it is being held by the local post office until you contact them.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order at anytime. If your order status reads "Open," then your order has been successfully submitted. If your order status reads "Shipped," your order is prepared for shipment and you will see the delivery tracking number assigned to your order.

 

If your tracking number starts with (USPS) 9400 or 9405, you can track the order here.

If your tracking number starts with (UPS) 9274 or 1Z65A, you can track the order here.

If your tracking number is from DHL, you can track the order here.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

THE RETURN CENTER IS NOT FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. For international returns, please email us for further instructions at sales@sapphireandemerald.com.  The return shall be at the customer's expense.  If the return is compliant with our Returns Policy, then upon receipt and inspection, the customer will be issued a store credit via gift card.

Please only ship to an address where someone will be available to receive the shipment once delivered, or a location that decreases the likelihood that your package will be stolen or lost.
